Online Ticket Purchasing

Your commitment: When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these ‘Online Ticket Purchasing’ and ‘Overall T&C’s’ terms and conditions as noted herin form the basis of any contract between Steeleford Events Limited and you.

Prices: Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Online Booking: Once purchased, on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Please bring along your ticket and order number on the day of the event. We reserve the right not to admit entry for any attendee who fails to bring their ticket to the gate and who’s purchase cannot be verified. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Cancellations: Steeleford Events Limited do not refund tickets under any circumstances.

Tickets: Tickets shall be emailed to you at the email address provided prior to the event and the event e-tickets shall be issued on completion of your online booking for exchange at the gate. Should you have any concerns or if you do not receive your ticket please contact steelefordevents@gmail.com.

Overall T&C’s

A

Clients, (which term shall include ticket buyers, visitors et al), shall be bound by the conditions, rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. Steeleford Events has full power to interpret or amend these rules, providing that such amendments and additions do not diminish the rights reserved for the client under this contract.

B

Hereinafter, Steeleford Events will be referred to as The Event or the Organiser, and Stansted House or Prescott Hill Climb will be referred to as The Venue or The Club.

C

Clients are expected to comply with all Stansted House regulations, Prescott Hill Climb regulations and any and all Government rules and regulations.

D

Attendance hours shall be controlled solely by the Organiser’s Committee, any admission shall be by ticket only.

E

Steeleford Events Limited and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage by fire or injury of any nature to any person or article.

F

Steeleford Events Limited and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for loss, damage or delay resulting from acts of war, civil commotion, strikes or lockouts intervention or regulation, military activity or any other circumstances which shall make it impossible or inadvisable for The Organiser to hold the Event at a time and place provided, and the Organiser’s Committee reserves the right to reschedule the event at another date and/or at an alternative site.

G

The Organiser’s Committee, Sponsors, The Organiser, its Agents or Employees are not responsible for any loss due to cancellation, abandonment, postponement or curtailment in whole or in part of the Event for causes outside its control such as bad weather force majeure. Steeleford Events Limited reserve the right to cancel, abandon, postpone or curtail the event at their discretion.

H

This agreement shall be governed by and construed according to UK law. In any dispute under this agreement the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of any competent court within the UK.

I

Steeleford Events Limited are unable to guarantee any specific makes, models, brands or quantity of cars on display or in attendance due to car owner’s non-contractual freewill choice on attending the event.

Steeleford Events Limited with registered offices at 37 The Loft House, College Road, Bristol, England, BS7 9FG, is committed to protecting the online privacy of the users of the website www.steeleford.co.uk, (collectively the “Website”). As such, this Privacy Policy has been written in order to allow you to understand Steeleford Events Limited’s policy regarding your privacy, as well as how your personal information will be handled when using the Website. This Privacy Policy will also provide you with information so that you are able to consent to the processing of your personal data in an explicit and informed manner, where appropriate.

In various sections of the Website – you will be asked to submit information such as your name, phone / mobile numbers, e-mail address, date of birth, country of residence and address etc. When subscribing or registering to enter your car through our forms, you might be asked to provide information as to your preferred mode of payment – PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.

In addition, whenever you participate in surveys and other promotions which may be available on the Website, as well as whenever you communicate with Steeleford Events Limited through the contact details provided in the Website or with Customer Service, Steeleford Events Limited may collect additional information which you choose to provide.

b. Age of Consent
We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

c. Other persons’ Personal Data
